Frankie & Jo's

Frankie and Jo’s, an organic plant based ice-cream shop created by the owners of Hot Cakes and Juicebox, opened their flagship store in the culturally rich Capitol Hill neighborhood of Seattle in the Winter of 2016. Katie and her team signed on a few months prior to opening and transformed the space into something reminiscent of a sun filled Palm Springs day.
